Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. We supply independent shops, bakeries, restaurants and other beekeepers. Get in touch if you’d like to stock our honey or buy bulk buckets.

What does single-origin mean?

Each jar of honey comes from one specific apiary. We can trace it back to the exact site it was harvested from, rather than blending honey from lots of different places.

Is your honey raw?

Yes, our honey is unpasteurised, cold filtered and 100% pure and never overheated to protect the natural enzymes, pollen and flavour stay intact.

How should I store the honey?

Keep it at room temperature in a cupboard, away from direct sunlight. Honey will naturally crystallise over time this is completely normal. Place the jar in warm water to return thr honey to a runny consistency

How do nucleus colonies work?

We raise nucleus colonies (nucs) for new and existing beekeepers. These are strong starter colonies, usually supplied in a 5- or 6-frame box with a marked queen. Availability is seasonal — contact us for current stock and collection details.

Do you post nucleus colonies?

Yes we sure can. We only post 5 framed nucelus colonies and we use royal mail next day Special delivery service.

Where are you based and can I collect?

We’re at Whiteholmes Farm, Winster, near Bakewell and Matlock in the Peak District (DE4 2BJ). Collection by arrangement is possible. Get in touch to organise a date and time.

Where does your honey come from ?

As we are the producer and supplier our honeybees fill every jar of honey we sell, all our honey is made from the colonies we manage within the Derbyshire and The Peak District
